The Reformed Theological Academy (RTA) is focused on academic enquiry, specialising in Reformed Theology. Our courses are designed in collaboration with and approved by the Reformed Churches in South Africa. Our confession is, in accordance with Scripture, articulated in the Heidelberg Catechism, the Belgic Confession and the Canons of Dordt. The Christian Bible and its effect ask for and are worthy of careful study. All subjects are taught and researched in communion with Christ in recognition of the authority of the Word of God. Hence our dictum: ‘Send your light and your truth’ (Ps 43:3).
